OpenCart deserves better themes
Most OpenCart themes still carry the assumptions of a decade ago: heavy front-end frameworks, layer upon layer of add-ons, and a design that peaked around the time it shipped. Merchants inherit all of that weight — slower pages, a storefront that looks like everyone else's, and a foundation that resists every change they want to make.
OpenCart 4 is a genuine break from that lineage. It deserves themes built for it rather than carried across to it — which is exactly what we've been working on.
